Christine discovered her passion for birth over twenty-six years ago, with the transformative experience of the birth of her third child. She then had the privilege of attending her first birth in a support role twenty-three years ago, and decided to begin a journey as a full-time doula eight years ago. She believes that creating relationships, sharing knowledge, showing compassion, and bringing a gentle, caring spirit to the families she works with makes a difference - not just now but for the future as well.
She is certified as a labour and birth doula with Doula Canada and as a childbirth educator through BirthWorks International. She has completed additional training in breastfeeding support, PAL support, holistic support and advanced comfort measures. She attended a two-day Spinning Babies® workshop in 2022 and is a member of the Association of Ontario Doulas.
