Jenny joined BirthWorks International Board at the end of 2023. As a dance educator, somatic practitioner, and fitness professional, Jenny has been educating about the body for over 15 years. While pregnant with her second son, she began the certification process and completed the BWI intensive ACED program to become both a certified BWI Birth Doula and Certified BWI Childbirth Educator in 2022. Her company, Mama to Mama Birth, was established in 2023 to help women prepare for birth, embrace their pregnancy journey and postpartum season of growth, and provide space for them to realize their power within. Jenny was the Artistic Co-Director of Treeline Dance Works, a company that ran for over 10 years and she continues to dance on a project basis with the Bill Evans Dance Company. Her choreography has been presented internationally and in many US cities. She has been a full or part time professor at 9 universities and guest artist for countless dance programs. Jenny brings a positive energy, strong commitment, integrity, and creative energy supporting BirthWorks and all the parents and families she works with in the Chicagoland area. She is the proud mother of two young energetic boys.
