This item is to get a digital copy of your Certificate of Attendance for a BirthWorks Workshop you already attended. It will only be sent if you have completed all the workshop hours in the past. Your certificate will show the dates of the workshop and the number of workshop hours (often needed to validate continuing education).
If you attended more than one workshop with us, choose the number of Certificates of Attendance you want to request by adding more than one of this item to the cart and then email the details of what you need to info@birthworks.org right after you make your payment.
