Joining the Ambassador Program builds your reputation. Empowering training helps grow your birth business.Â
If you are BirthWorks-certified, and believe in sharing human values and evidence to build confidence around birth, join an inspired group that wants to do the same!
If you are now certifying, you can still do this—get ten people for a local workshop—and come free! Share what you know to increase your confidence and readiness to teach or be a doula.
This innovative program provides guidance, materials, and coaching on skills, knowledge, practice, and feedback to offer two programs where you live:
- Intro. to BirthWorks Talk – a short lecture/mini-workshop to share the BWI Philosophy with parents and/or professionals at libraries, wellness centers, medical offices, hospitals, etc..
- Birthing in the Spirit! Circles inspire discussions about BirthWorks’ Philosophy, based on Birthing in the Spirit. Our “book club” guidelines help you educate and connect parents and professionals.

Share about upcoming workshops for referral fees:
- Refer new parents to a virtual childbirth preparation class (BirthPrep for Parents!) and get your $25 referral fee.
- If you know parents having another child, send them our way to empower their next best birth and earn a $25 referral fee.
- Refer new professionals to our workshops and/or certifications and get your $100 referral fee.
- Experienced birthworkers need continuing education or can cross-certify! Share about us and earn a $100 referral fee.
- Refer 100 people to earn BirthWorks Lifetime Membership!
Get the word out and attend at less cost or no cost (free!):
- Set up a location and dates, and promote a workshop with marketing materials and social marketing tips we give you.
- Your discount increases as more people register!
- For every person, get 10% off your tuition. For example, five people for 50% off… up to ten people for 100% off (FREE)!
- If five to ten register, take 50% off your certification fee, too.
- If ten+ people sign- up, we offer you the incentive to make 10% profit on all future workshops you set up (in-person and virtual).
After you complete one workshop, help set up more (in-person and virtual):
- Earn 10% of the profit if you help get ten parents signed up for our virtual BirthPrep! for Parents
- Earn 10% of the profit if ten+ people register for in-person training workshops
- Earn 15% of the profit if ten+ people register for virtual training workshops
- Run eight successful workshops to earn BirthWorks Lifetime Membership!

We are looking for the following qualities:
- Current (or previous) training and/or certification with BirthWorks International
- Passion and the ability to share the BirthWorks Philosophy and evidence-based research with families and professionals
- Ideal is to bring experience in business, childbirth, education, holistic health, marketing, medicine, public relations, and/or sales

Connectto share your passion for this work. - Receive your Ambassador Packet with a detailed description of the role, ways to reach your community, hosting guidelines, social marketing support, other marketing tips, and more.
- Take part in an online meeting regarding possibilities and to ask questions.
- Join as an official BWI Ambassador! Congrats!
