Want to cross-certify with BirthWorks? If yes, then welcome! – you landed where you should be. This is the first step to become a BWI Birth Doula. Apply to have your past work reviewed and receive a personalized, accelerated plan. (After accepted, pay a certification fee, meet your Mentor and work through your plan, then later register to join a BirthWorks Birth Doula Workshop.) You will be on your way!
Please note: this fee is non-refundable. Currently, we accept students for BWI Birth Doula Cross-Certification who already earned birth doula certification from another organization OR have experience as a midwife or practical or registered nurse with three years minimum labor and delivery experience. (If this is not you, please join BWI’s birth doula certification program.)
