2-5 workbooks costs $18.40US (Flat Rate Medium Box)
6-10 workbooks costs $24.75US (Flat Rate Large Box)
11 or more workbooks $30US (US Book Rate)
If you are outside the USA, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER. There are TWO options:
(1) shipping and handling are based on the country where you live. After the shipment is sent, you will receive a PayPal invoice to pay fees, OR
(2) we can send them to a local printer near you where you pick them up (and pay the printer directly) and you may owe additional fees.
