As a Birth Doula, your continuous presence with a laboring woman helps her feel safe. This allows labor to progress, and shorter labor means fewer interventions.

When you become a BirthWorks International Certified Birth Doula, you learn to help women build confidence and decrease fear in birth. Through applying a BirthWorks human-values approach that integrates the mind, body and spirit. (This comprehensive, high-quality workshop is one of the requirements for BirthWorks Birth Doula Training Program, including your own personal mentor and a home self-study program.) You can bring the unique, experiential approach to human values and help integrate mind, body, and spirit in birth.

This is a 4-day workshop March 30-April 2, 2023.  The schedule is 9am-1:30pm each day.  There will be a 30 minute break daily from 11:30am-12pm.

This is offered interactively, online via Zoom.
